Benjamin Frailey is a User Experience Researcher and a Purdue Graduate with a BS in User Experience Design, a Minor in Communications, Psychology, and an Entrepreneurship Certificate.
Benjamin has worked in several enviroments and industries. From games user research at NetEase Games, to eye-tracking studies with EyeSquare Gmbh, and balancing freeelance UX work on top of 2 retail jobs while he was pursuing his degree at Purdue.
For Benjamin, User Experience Research is all about empathy for the end user and understanding their needs, wants, and entire journey surrounding the final product. Just as important is communicating those insights clearly and effectively to make a difference. If you walk a mile in someone’s shoes but never use that mile of experience to affect anything, why put on the shoes in the first place?
